The brief
Four guest suites and a shared courtyard with a single carob tree. Twenty-two months from first sketch to opening in May 2023.
Suite 4 is the one guests ask for by number. Forty-two square metres, nine months of joinery with carpenter Ilias Vlachos, and a headboard cut from a single piece of walnut he chose at the mill.
Twelve months of post-completion visits, then a handover dossier the owner keeps.
