A 1928 listed townhouse on a steep cobbled street, turned into six small apartments. Four months of survey before a single line was drawn.
We kept the stair, the original brick on the south wall, and the iron window frames on the courtyard. We changed the floors, the plaster, the kitchens, and every reveal.
