We take two or three houses a year. Each one is drawn at 1:20 before it is drawn at 1:50, including the joinery, the reveals, and the size of every tread.
Fees are typically 8–12% of construction cost, agreed in writing after a paid briefing stage. Greek permitting is handled in-house.

Halkidiki, 2024 — 180 m². A long single-storey plan turned away from the road and towards the water.

Tinos, 2019 — two units of 110 m². Two stone shells rebuilt with the original openings kept narrow.
