Every adaptive reuse project starts with a four to six week survey. Nothing is drawn until the building has been recorded as it actually is — including the parts that are out of plumb, and especially the parts we intend to keep.
Eleni leads adaptive reuse. Permitting on listed buildings is handled in-house, in coordination with the local Ephorate.
