Pricing: 8–12% of construction cost on residential; fixed fee on hospitality after a paid briefing stage.

The studio works with 26 named makers across Greece and Italy. Includes survey, design, joinery drawings, supplier coordination, on-site presence during fit, and twelve months of follow-up.
