Process at 1:20.

Five stages, twelve to thirty months. The drawing scale tells you where we are.

Most studios draw at 1:50. We do not.

We draw at 1:20 from the moment we know what the building wants to be, because that is the scale at which it is made.

Conversation

One paragraph from you, two site visits from us, one written brief returned. No fee. Two to four weeks.

Concept at 1:200

A single A1 with two or three options, each with one section and one elevation. Two weeks.

Design at 1:50

Plans, sections, materials boards, working models. Eight to twelve weeks.

Detail at 1:20

Joinery, reveals, ironmongery, lighting. Six to ten weeks, ending with the final 1:20 model.

Site & handover

Weekly site visits, monthly samples on site, a handover dossier, and twelve months of post-completion follow-up.

Fees

Agreed in writing, stage by stage
